Aerial yoga combines the benefits of traditional yoga with the unique experience of practicing in a suspended hammock, using gravity to find space in your joints. It's an excellent way to relax, tone your body, and rejuvenate your mind at Friday lunchtime - leaving you refreshed for the weekend!
