Hey Mama, it's time to do something that makes you feel good

A judgement-free, pressure-free way to get yourself moving postpartum - haven't managed to get dressed today? You're welcome in your pyjamas. Fussy baby? Hand them over, I've had a few. Don't know when you last washed your hair? Just tie it up.

This is your chance to do something for you, exercising to music with a focus on abdominal rehab, posture and pelvic floor strength, helping you feel more like your new, improved self. This class is perfect for any parent who has been signed off for exercise after giving birth, with babies up to 18 months (if your baby is older than this, send me a message!).

Note: you are also welcome without your baby - sometimes you need a break. If you are still experiencing post-natal symptoms (pelvic floor weakness, diastasis recti, posture and core issues) despite being out of the 'official post-partum' period please come along, these things don't automatically fix themselves just because we have to go back to work!

Tea, biscuits and a chat provided afterwards, maybe you'll find your village!
