Mums & Babies Aerial Yoga Taster

Using aerial yoga hammocks, this small group class will support new mums in finding space in those aching joints, gently regaining their posture and core strength and relaxing with their little one.

Each session I will guide you through a gentle flow using gravity to challenge and strengthen your postnatal body, allowing you to relax, find your centre and leave feeling rejuvenated.

I will also give opportunities to cocoon in the hammocks, either with or without your baby giving you a chance to feel weightless and held - the ultimate decompression time.
