Saturday Morning Aerial Yoga Taster

Experience the restorative power of aerial hammocks in this small group class using gravity to alleviate joint discomfort, build core strength and help you reset before the weekend.

Each session features a gentle flow to challenge and strengthen your body, fostering relaxation and a sense of centre. You'll also have the opportunity to cocoon in the hammocks, providing a unique chance to feel weightless and supported— the ultimate decompression experience.

Come and hang out with me!
