Experience the joy of movement with this endorphin-raising dance cardio class where the whole family can join the fun! These energising sessions are designed to get your heart pumping while keeping kids engaged and entertained, making fitness a family affair.

Please note: This class is for children age 4-12 along with a parent or guardian. Price is for one adult and one child - a sibling ticket can be purchased separately. If you wish to bring more than two children per adult, please contact me!

Classes will be starting on Saturdays at 10am in St Denys Church Centre from 21st March - booking will be open soon. In the meantime, I'd love to see you at one of my Move It events!
