CELEBRATE YOUR CHANGING BODY AND PREPARE FOR THE BIGGEST WORKOUT YET - PARENTHOOD!

Dance-based exercise classes for pregnancy trimesters 2 and 3, focusing on feeling good, strengthening the pelvic floor and adapting to the constant physical changes during pregnancy. Simple, fun dance cardio routines followed by strength and conditioning, finishing with stretching and relaxation.

Trimester 1 ladies are also welcome, especially if starting a new fitness plan to support the pregnancy.

Tea, biscuits and a chat provided afterwards, maybe you'll find your village!

Please note: If you are really sick with pregnancy there is no pressure to exercise - please prioritise your health, hydration and wellbeing, just getting outside for a walk is hugely beneficial. I'll see you on the other side for postnatal classes!
