Do you like to Move It, Move It but can't find time around the kids? Bring them! Experience the joy of movement with this dance cardio class where the whole family can join in on the fun! Our energising sessions are designed to get your heart pumping while keeping kids engaged and entertained, making fitness a family affair. For children age 4-12 along with a parent or guardian. Price is for one adult, one child - a sibling ticket can be purchased separately. If you wish to bring more than two children per adult, contact me!
